Description:

Worldwide over 300 million people suffer from visual impairment or blindness, and half of that number suffer from farsightedness, myopia or astigmatism, which are treated with the help of optical aids, glasses or contact lenses. On October 14th, RTC Novi Sad organized free eyesight examination at University of Novi Sad. This event took place at the Faculty of Math and Sciences. With the help of the Yason opticians that provided us with instruments, and students of Optometric, we examined more than 80 people who were interested in checking their vision. We had a lot of fun doing this and hope we increased awareness of the importance of health.
